Garrison is the Retail Accounts Manager for the Lee & Associates Office in Boise, Idaho. He brings 30 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing to the team. Garrison’s extensive knowledge and vast transaction experience as a real estate advisor representing both Landlords and Tenants make him an invaluable asset in successfully Leasing, Selling or Buying your Retail property.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates in 2019 Garrison was as a National Real Estate Manager for Sportsman’s Warehouse, a national retailer, where he managed site selection and store development across the Western half of the US. Garrison has been actively involved in over five hundred million dollars’ worth of transactions to date.
Garrison began his career with Leonard & Ohren in Los Angeles in 1989, a multi discipline firm consisting of real estate brokerage and private capital development across the Retail, Office and Industrial sectors as well as property management. This wide range of experience set his foundation for the next 25 years of success.
In 1994 he moved to Colliers International, Los Angeles where he remained for 15 years. At Colliers Garrison was awarded President’s Circle recognition 1997, 1998, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005 & 2007. Garrison then relocated to Boise, Idaho in 2009 to take a position assisting the Sundance Company, one of the premier commercial real estate developers in the Boise market, with Leasing their portfolio.
