Garrett comes to Cushman & Wakefield from Boyd Commercial.
Garrett joined Boyd Commercial in October of 2020 and is primarily focused on industrial Landlord/Tenant and Buyer/Seller representation in the East and Southeast Houston submarkets. Since joining Boyd, Garrett has completed industrial and land transactions with a combined value in excess of $110 million.
Prior to Boyd, Garrett lived and worked in Austin, TX. He was the Committee Director for the Texas House of Representatives Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety.
Garrett was an active member of the Texas Cowboys and devoted countless hours of service to various organizations in Austin such as The Arc of the Capital Area and Rosedale Elementary school.
Garrett, his wife, Esther, and daughter are thrilled to call Houston home. Garrett is an avid woodworker and when he is not at work, you can often find him in his wood shop. He also takes great joy in spending time with his family and being just about anywhere in the great outdoors.
