Garrett Grayson is a commercial specialist with expertise in local and national real estate investments and client relations, joining the Commercial Plus team in 2021. Garrett helps clients get the most for their assets by confidentially evaluating purchase and sale-leaseback offers brought by a vast buyer market. He has successfully overseen the national expansion of express car wash developers, quick service restaurants, and retailers looking to grow their portfolio. In 2019, Garrett co-founded Miracle Real Estate Partners based in Nashville, Tennessee, where he oversaw the disposition of more than 70 assets across the country. Prior to beginning his real estate career, Garrett was an NFL quarterback for the Denver Broncos, Atlanta Falcons, and New Orleans Saints where he was selected as the third overall quarterback in the 2015 NFL Draft. He is a graduate of Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, where he earned a degree in communication studies and played quarterback for the Colorado State Rams. In his free time, Garrett enjoys live music, hiking, fishing, and time at the lake. Garrett is a member of Zeal Church in Nashville, Tennessee.
