With over 12 years of applied experience, Gabe is an expert in real estate investments, structures, and strategies. Through his tenure as a commercial real estate broker, asset manager, and investment adviser where he was involved in acquisitions, finance, due diligence, underwriting, and syndication, Gabe has developed a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate and structured 1031 products such as DSTs (Delaware Statutory Trusts).
Gabe is a third-generation real estate professional with deep experience identifying and closing complex investment opportunities, and an expert at structuring tax-efficient transactions. He offers his unique full-service approach to helping clients surpass their investment goals and better manage their real estate portfolios.
He earned his Finance degree with an emphasis on Real Estate from Chicago's DePaul University. He launched a successful career as a financial advisor before moving into property management and all phases of investment real estate, from brokerage and leasing to maintenance and construction coordination.
After living in Mission Beach for nearly a decade, Gabe, his wife, and two daughters, recently traded the coastal life for a new development community near Mission Trails Park where he has taken to mountain biking to explore the abundance of natural beauty along the many neighborhood trails.
