Fredy Halabi is a Managing Director with Tri State Commercial Realty. He has long wanted to pursue a career in commercial leasing. Mr. Halabi, a Brooklyn native, had his eyes set on Tri State given the fact that the company has a strong reputation in the borough.
Prior to joining Tri State, Mr. Halabi worked for Numed Pharmaceutical as an Inside Sales Agent, where he was able to acquire valuable skills in customer relations, data management and lead generation. This has all helped him in his current role at Tri State.
Mr. Halabi, a big fan of the cold calling sales methods, notes that some of his most noteworthy clients came from making that initial call.
A graduate of Yeshivat Shaare Torah High School in Brooklyn, Mr. Halabi continues to invest in his commercial real estate education through research and on-site training offered by Tri State. He is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
