Bio
Freddy Spencer is the founder and managing
partner of Iron Gate Real Estate. For over a decade,
he has thrived in the commercial, residential and
rural arenas and has a great appreciation for the
work it takes to be successful in the industry.
Growing up in a small town in southern Missouri,
Freddy’s passion for real estate is apparent through
his excellent communication skills and a warm
and friendly approach. He doesn’t know a stranger
and often forms life-long connections with his
clients. Freddy enjoys educating his agents about
the art of sales and takes pride seeing them meet
their goals to have a successful career in real
estate. Alongside his career and professional
ambitions, Freddy serves on the Career Council for
Missouri Student Athletes for the University of
Missouri & Board Member of Habitat for Humanity.
When he isn’t working, Freddy enjoys taking
adventure trips on his motorcycle spending time
at his riverside retreat with friends and family,
tinkering around in his shop and aviation as a
instrument rated private pilot. Freddy is a deacon
at Forum Christian Church and credits all of his joy
and success to God.
