Freda Wu Moser is both an experienced Realtor and a loan officer, so she understands the full circle of home ownership. An excellent listener, she takes note of your desires for your next home – the style, size, neighborhood, amenities and more – then utilizes multiple techniques to find your property. If you already have a Realtor, Freda can advise you on appropriate loan programs. She is sharp, works fast, moves fast, and pays attention. She is tech savvy, has integrated computer hardware/software systems, and likes learning new things. Freda has an associate degree in accounting and a bachelor’s in management information systems. She is good with numbers and can help clients identify ideal investment properties. Born and raised in Taoyuan City, Taiwan, Freda is bilingual in English and Mandarin. She has lived in the U.S. since 1995. Her interests include volunteering at her children’s school, where she teaches art, trying new foods, barbecues with friends, movies, Zumba, and U-Jam. She has three rescue pets, including two dogs and a cat. Those who know Freda well would say she is professional, genuine, conscientious, a good listener who applies clients’ suggestions, a person of integrity, and one who “works smart” while putting clients’ interests first. She is an expert in preparing and staging properties for sale and collaborates with several specialists. “Owning a house is a big step for anyone,” she says. “I do everything I can to make the transaction as smooth and painless as possible.” Freda’s favorite part of a home sale is delivering the keys to the homeowner and seeing the spark in their eyes. “Whether buyers have found a place to call home, or sellers have achieved their home sale goal, I like to see their satisfaction with their life decisions. I am honored to be part of that process.”
