Fred’s years of experience and travels in the world of real estate have produced a vast platform and projects that add real value in making real estate deals in the greater Waterloo/Cedar Falls area. Those years include 25 years of being a partner/owner of a successful residential brokerage firm, managing a successful commercial brokerage firm and even a stint in building and marketing residential homes. Fred has served the industry in many capacities on local boards as well as state and national boards. Fred and wife Kathryn enjoy ‘Grand Parenting” which takes them from the Cedar Valley to Claremore-Tulsa, Oklahoma and Round Rock-Austin, Texas.
