Mr. Allyn received his formal education at Clemson University in South Carolina, majoring in Finance, focusing on Real Estate. Following college, he worked in Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC. for several years before returning to Connecticut. His real estate career began in 1999 and clients include: Wal-Mart Inc., The American Red Cross, The Bayer Pharmaceutical Company, Mantech Systems (a major national defense contractor), and Jhane Barnes Textiles (a high- end fashion clothing / textile company). Mr. Allyn continues to aggressively pursue national retail tenants for clients as well as servicing the local business market.
