François Laurence studied administration and continues his studies in Finance and Asset management at HEC.
He has been in corporate real estate for over 13 years. He is recognized for his expertise and his extensive market knowledge. In the last years he played a strategic role with important managers and real estate owners in Quebec like Société immobilière Métivier Grassi and Société immobilière Landmark. In July 2007, he joined the leasing team at GWL where he worked as a Leasing Director. He was involved in the budget process, the negotiation of leasing transactions and the marketing of the properties under management. A seasoned communicator and creative in the negotiation process, he played an important role in the resolution of leasing transactions with different institutional funds.
