Franz Lehnert joined Health Connect Properties, Inc. (HCP) in March of 2018. He has been practicing real estate since 1991, successfully completing over 250 real estate transactions. His proven marketing, selling, negotiation, and closing skills lend to his track record as a seasoned broker.
Prior to HCP, Franz worked with the Dunton Commercial Real Estate Company, where he was named “Top Producer” in 2008 and 2015. He also closed numerous transactions, frequently earning him awards, while working with the Keller Williams Downtown. In addition, Franz co-founded the Colorado Real Estate Online, Inc. in 1994, a marketing company designed for the real estate industry, which was one of the first companies to publish the MLS data online. The Colorado Real Estate Online, Inc. was acquired by the E.W. Scripps Company in 1999.
A 1998 graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, Franz received a B.A. in Psychology. He went on to study at the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration in Finland. Franz supported himself by coaching American football, and was named “American Football Coach Of The Year” in 1990, after leading his team to a perfect 10-0 undefeated season.
In his time off, Franz enjoys reading, traveling, participating in athletics, and playing the violin and guitar; while also finding the time to continue strengthening his limited working proficiencies in Finnish, Russian, German, and Spanish.
