Bennett F. (Frank) Tuck has been involved in the Colorado Springs commercial real estate market since 1980. He maintains an active brokerage business which includes commercial investment sales, office and industrial sales/leasing and buyer/tenant representation.
A member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors® (PPAR) and the Realtors® Commercial Industrial Society (RCIS), Frank has served on the Education Committees for both organizations. He currently serves on the Professional Standards Division and has served on the Executive Division of PPAR. An enthusiastic supporter of the Economic Development Corporation (EDC), he has served on the Local Industry and Manufacturing and Marketing Task Force Committees and was an original selectee for the RCIS-EDC joint marketing program for Colorado Springs.
Frank is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and an active office member in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR). He was a founding board member of the Colorado Springs Chapter of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
