Frank Thomasson, First Vice President for CBRE, specializes in office leasing and investment sales transactions. He joined the Nashville office of CBRE in 2018. Working with a broad range of clients ranging from public pension funds and REITS to private entities, Frank’s experience enables him to provide strategic real estate solutions that maximize value for his clients whether in local leasing expertise or multi-market corporate transactions.
He currently oversees leasing for over 1,750,000 square feet of office space in the Nashville market and has completed a transaction volume of over $400 million since 2010.
