Frank Kobola is a Senior Associate at Colliers Houston & Co. He has been involved in developing, selling and leasing real estate in New Jersey and Pennsylvania since 1984.
As a broker, Frank has specialized in the sale and leasing of land and commercial property in Passaic, Essex, and Morris county. Frank has represented companies such as Getty Oil, Versace, and Interstate Brands Corp.
Before becoming a broker, Frank was involved in property management and development, at one time managing over seven million square feet of industrial and office space in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has also successfully supervised the construction of over 500,000 sq. ft. of new industrial buildings.
Frank was recently presented with the "Flex Deal of the Year" award for 2007 by Reckson Associates Realty Corp.
