Bio
Frank has 22 years of real estate investment management experience in both Canada and the United States, of which the past 16 years has been as President of Eastbourne Investments Ltd. During this time Frank has initiated and managed (including acquisition, development, financing, and disposition) over $850 million in U.S. property transactions. Prior to his experience at Eastbourne, Frank was an Asset Manager (with portfolio acquisition underwriting expertise) for GE Capital Canada from 1994-1998 and a distressed real estate loan officer for Marine Midland Bank (now HSBC) from 1992-1994. Frank holds an MBA (Real Estate) from Columbia University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from Colgate University.
