Mr. Ambrosio started his professional career by joining his father and two brothers as an Investment Broker with A.G. Edwards and Sons Inc. He later went on to acquire his CFP certification, awarded to individuals who meet education, examination, experience, and ethics requirements in finance. Having a love for the mountains and owning a second home there, he decided to move to Colorado in 1994. He opened a Ski Rental Business and Food Mart at Copper Mountain Ski Resort.
He then went on to become the Broker/Owner of the real estate company, Rocky Mountain Resort Properties. During his Real Estate career, he also acquired his contractor’s license and specialized in building custom log homes. After seven years in Colorado, he moved back to his hometown on the beaches of Florida. He joined Coldwell Banker Sun Vista, where he worked specializing in beach real estate for 8 years. During his career with Coldwell Banker, he earned his GRI & CCIM Designations, Previews Properties Certification, and Membership into the President’s Circle which is the top 3% of all agents in the country. Frank then went on to open the 17th office for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices – Florida Properties Group on Indian Rocks Beach as a Broker Associate and formed his team. The Ambrosio Group Real Estate company went on its own as an independent and thought it was essential to expand more into property management, international marketing, and luxury home sales.
The local knowledge of the area along with his CIPS Designation, affords Frank the knowledge and tools to meet the real estate needs of his affluent clientele both local and international. Frank is consistently in the top 1% of all agents in the country.
