In 1982 I relocated from Toronto after being a Top Agent selling Real Estate since 1979 for one of Canada's largest real estate mortgage companies, then headed to sunny Los Angeles, CA. and became re-licensed in Real Estate to Sell Residential and Income Producing Apartments, and commercial buildings. I increased my quota Listings and Sales each year. In 1986 I went back to listing and selling Residential Real Estate properties, selling and leasing homes, condos, and vacant land parcels mostly in and around Hollywood Hills, and other parts of Los Angeles.
I moved to Orange County in 1999 I continued listing and selling the same types of Residential Real Estate. I love helping & promoting smart, talented, creative people and recruiting agents into the business. I am a goal-oriented professional with an extensive background in Retail Sales, Property Management, Real Estate Sales, and REALTOR ~ Recruiting. I also love great negotiations. This is my (44th) year in Real Estate.
I get involved with people; many I don't know and I also help those in need. I witnessed a man in a public strip center in LA. trying to rob a lady by grabbing her purse, pushing her down on the ground and I heard her screamingfor help. I was in my car and heard her through my sunroof, called the LAPD and spoke to the head lieutenant, and then I drove my car up to get the attacker's attention away from the woman. He dropped her and ran to get-away car. I followed him talking to the police by phone, and eventually led the police via my phone call with them to get him captured and arrested for assault and Robbery. He was a wanted criminal so the Police Dept. honored me for this on Channel 7 News as a Heroine and I went to court for the woman to identify the man to make sure his arrest would hold up.
