Francisco Rodriguez began his career in 2008 at Benchmark Properties NYC specializing in tenant representation of office space in New York City. A Miami resident since 2015, he joined FIP Commercial, a private family held real estate company with over $200 million in real estate assets across South Florida. Recently joining Brown Harris Stevens, Francisco represents sellers and buyers in the acquisition and disposition of investment sales focusing in multifamily, office, industrial and development sites. To date, Francisco has completed over $300 million in sales.
