Francisco Baserva is a Licensed Sales Associate in the state of Florida with more than 15 years of experience in Real Estate Investment sales. Since beginning his Commercial Real Estate career in 2017 Mr. Baserva has proven to be a knowledgeable and a well-rounded investment sales and leasing broker. Francisco has been directly involved and brokered the sale of more than 185,000 rentable Sq. Ft. of commercial real estate transactions worth over $36 million.
Francisco advises and works alongside with investors and commercial property owners to develop long term strategies resulting in the creation, growth, and preservation of wealth. He specializes in representing sellers and buyers of office, industrial, multifamily and retail real estate assets in South Florida and the Miami-Dade market. His experience in business development and superior client relations have been applied to develop and grow relationships with investors, property owners, and key industry professionals who benefit from his services.
Prior to joining Keller Williams Commercial, Mr. Baserva worked with land developers and investors in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area, as well as residential high-rise developers and brokers in South Florida. He is fluent in English and Spanish, holds a Business Administration-Associate in Arts degree from Miami Dade College, and is a Senior Volunteer at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. In his free time Francisco enjoys spending time with family, playing competitive sports, and attending live events.
