Francis Briggs has brought to CapStar his experienced background in construction and real estate. He started out as a residential investor in 1992 and then later became a licensed agent. Currently he holds VA and DC license and is working on obtaining MD license. He knows his way around a building site and understands the process from site selection to a closed sale.
