FRANCES WARNER has marketed and sold some of the most prestigious homes in Brunswick County ranging from the exclusive west end ocean front on Ocean Isle Beach to the mansions on Craven Street. She has consistently been the top producing agent, finishing #1 in dollar volume and number of sales on Ocean Isle for nine years. And for the last five years she finished as the #1 agent in home and condo sales. She has received 'Realtor of the Year' for Coldwell Banker Sea Coast in 2013, 2015, 2016 and 2017,for four years which includes 11 offices. In Brunswick County, she has finished in the top 1% in the county, either as the #1 individual realtor or the #2 or #3 team. Frances attributes her success to her 'Client FIRST Philosophy', her supportive husband and family and states that real estate is her passion. She has repeatedly stated that she will never retire because this is what she loves to do. Frances believes that it is not only important to do your very best, but to BE the very best. And on a personal note: Frances has lived in NC her whole life. She is from Wilmington, went to college in Raleigh at Peace College and graduated from North Carolina State University. She received her masters degree from East Carolina University. She worked as a hospital social worker and mental heath counselor before moving in to the field of real estate. Frances has been a realtor for over 24 years. She is married to her husband, Richard Warner, an Episcopal priest All of their children are grown and on their own! She and her husband love to travel and they do volunteer work in their church and community. Frances has done a number of mission trips to Guatemala, helping to build stoves and distribute much needed supplies.
