Fletcher focuses on new client origination, maintaining existing client relationships, overseeing all investment underwriting and sales of Section 42 LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8, and Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing assets in the Mid-Atlantic United States. He oversees internal processes for underwriting and due diligence management for the East Coast Affordable Housing team. He is also Responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and acquiring commercial real estate investments throughout the Mid-Atlantic region when joining Greysteel’s Affordable Housing Team as an analyst in 2018.
