Bio
If Firuzeh Saidi defined her approach to contemporary real estate, it would have little to do with proving her expertise through the numbers. To build the reputation of the top luxury realtor on the Front Range involves combining a personable style with a strong strategic sense of the market. Firuzeh Saidi has achieved this title through ten years of developing a different approach to real estate; culture being her primary pillar to help high-end to first-time homebuyers, sellers, and investors make a sound decision that is not only a financial one — but one that touches every aspect of her clients’ lives. The key is to empower buyers and sellers to make the right decisions through knowledge. The reality is every client is investing in their future. A home is a space that impacts, shapes, and enriches an individual’s way of life. With Persian roots, Firuzeh was born and raised in Iran. She then traveled to Belgium and Switzerland after finishing high school to study French and then moved to the United States during her collegiate years, where Firuzeh graduated with an MBA in Marketing from the University of Denver. By 1979, Firuzeh would call Colorado her permanent residence. Investing in a staple Charles Haertling home and raising both of her daughters in Boulder. To sow these new roots, Firuzeh got involved with the cultural amenities Boulder has to offer. Firuzeh has a constant willingness to help the community develop into a world-class town, with personal involvement and dedication to music, dance, education, film, and modern design. Some examples of this support are founding the Dairy Center for the Arts annual kid’s fundraiser, supporting local theater, involvement with Boulder Rotary, acting on the Advisory Board College of Music CU, Boulder, participating with CU’s Conference on World Affairs, and most recently, sponsoring the 2018 Month of Modern. This connection to local living is something Firuzeh encourages her international clients, transplants, and homegrown natives to embrace. Firuzeh’s lifestyle revolves around hiking and working out, meeting friends for coffee, trying many of the new restaurants with her husband (she’s a self-proclaimed foodie), speaking at international film talkbacks at the Boedecker Theater, and checking out new and old homes architectural designs. As a longtime Boulder resident, Firuzeh is happy to share her knowledge about these local communities with her clients who ultimately become friends.
