Felicia has been a dedicated Realtor for the last 16 years, serving Pueblo, Pueblo West, and Colorado Springs areas. During her career, she has received many honors including Real Trends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals Award, Top 250 Latino Agent Award, RE/MAX Hall of Fame, as well as both Salesperson and Rookie of the Year for the Pueblo Association of Realtors. She is knowledgeable, professional and a true advocate for her clients. She attributes her success to her family’s strong work ethic.
Felicia earned her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Emphasis in Public Relations in 2004. She feels this has given her a competitive edge as a listing agent. She uses her advertising insight to confidently market listings to gain maximum visibility. She is a fierce negotiator and goes to bat for her clients always.
She is an involved community member serving on the CASA of Pueblo Board of Directors and is a member of both the Greater Pueblo and Latino Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the Residential Real Estate Council and serves on the Colorado Leadership Team.
