After being in the industry for over 20 years, Felecia can wholeheartedly say – She love real estate! Whether it's helping first time buyers close on their first home, empty nesters downsize, step-up buyers getting something more comfortable, or seasoned owners becoming investors, she takes great pride in meeting her clients where they are and guiding them toward where they want to be.
Sh is a Denver native, and since the age of 6 have resided in the beautiful suburb of Thornton. She enjoys the lovely mountain views that she gets to take in every day while taking her kids to school and appreciate the quick commute down I-25 that puts her right back in the heart of the city. In her free time, she enjoys cocktails and dinner dates at the latest and greatest restaurants, scooter rides, strolls down Sloans Lake, people watching at Union Station or cheering for my teams; the Broncos, Rockies, Nuggets and Avs. You can also find her singing and dancing along to her favorite artists at Red Rocks Amphitheater all summer long, biking through Vail in the fall, and snowboarding in Breckenridge in the Winter. In the Spring she likes to skip the cold as often as possible and take in a few beachfront vacations. Traveling is what she enjoys doing most with her family, and we are steadily building a portfolio of real estate, most recently adding a boutique hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
