Bio
Fariba joined NAI Capital in 2010 as Executive Vice President of the firm's West Los Angeles Office specializing in retail and office investment transactions. Fariba has over 20 years of industry experience and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Prior to joining NAI Capital Fariba was Senior Vice President for Sperry Van Ness. She has served as Senior Associate for the Investment Services Group of Grubb & Ellis Company and as a Senior Associate for Cushman & Wakefield's full service real estate services division. Fariba was also a Senior Sales Consultant for Capital Real Estate Group where she specialized in representing lenders in disposing of their foreclosed real estate assets. Previously, Fariba served as development coordinator for Kavian Enterprises, where she managed over 1,200 acres of property that were in various states of project development. Her broad range of real estate transactions include: land use entitlement, project management, property development, leasing and complex sales transactions.
Education
Fariba earned her bachelor's degree in Business Economics and German from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she also received the DAAD Scholarship Award, a German academic scholarship. Furthermore, she is fluent in German and Farsi.

At Sperry Van Ness Fariba was the recipient for the Top Advisors Partner's Circle Award for the years 2004, 2005 and 2006; Achiever's Award recipient for years 2002 and 2007; Trainer of the Year Award winner in 2006. For the year 2011, Fariba achieve
