Bio
Allan Chapman has extensive experience in real estate development, both in the United States and Europe. Although he is best-known for his achievements in the development of mixed-use and residential master planned communities for Cambay, Allan been intimately involved with many of the projects developed by Cambay’s parent group, Somerston, including retail, hotel, office and industrial properties.
Allan co-founded Chapman & Wilson, Inc. with John Wilson in 1983, a real estate entity predating The Cambay Group.
A native of the UK, Allan was educated in the UK and has a master’s degree from Cambridge.
