Evan commenced his real estate career following graduation from Tufts University in 2005, holding a degree in English. The subsequent 11 years saw Evan immersed in the Somerville/Cambridge real estate market, specializing in leasing, property management, and commercial sales sourcing. As the manager of a bustling leasing office, Evan achieved substantial growth, elevating total revenue from $749,325 in 2009 to $1.2 million in 2016. During this period, Evan oversaw more than 4,000 individual transactions and personally established monthly sales records that persist to this day. Evan also holds the role of a landlord, managing a small portfolio of cash-flowing multi-family rental properties. Furthermore, Evan completed Boston University’s Center for Professional Education courses in Real Estate Finance and Investment Analysis, earning perfect grades in both.
