Evan Brudnicki is a Real Estate Financial Analyst for Diversified Properties. In this role, Evan provides analysis support on new developments, acquisitions and property recapitalizations. Additionally, Evan provides support review of revenue and expenses for existing properties. Prior to Diversified Properties, Evan was an Intern at Peak Point Properties in Pompton Plains, and Marcus & Millichap in Saddle Brook. He was also an Associate for Elstein, Friedman and Silverman in Fairfield and Program Supervisor for New Meadowlands Racetrack in East Rutherford.
Evan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a minor in accounting from William Paterson University. He is a member of the Student Investment Club and Pesce Family Mentoring Institute.
