Eugene is a Managing Director at FD Stonewater and a career Federal Government real estate professional, bringing over 30 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Eugene spent time at GSA as both a GSA Leasing Specialist for the National Capital Region and as a GSA Asset Manager for GSA Region 9. Eugene left the government to focus on representing landlords. Prior to joining FD Stonewater in 2012, Eugene lead the federal real estate brokerage practices at both Transwestern and Lincoln Property Company.
Eugene earned his B.S. in Computer Engineering from Boston University and his MBA in Real Estate and Urban Development from American University. He lives with his family in Alexandria, VA where he enjoys golfing and boating.
