Eugene Martin joined Avison Young’s Tysons, Virginia office as a Principal. Prior to that he served as Executive Vice President and a principal of The Ezra Company, specializing in tenant consulting and brokerage activities in the tri-state Washington, D.C. market. With nearly 30 years as a consummate deal analyst, creative strategist and detailed negotiator on behalf of tenants or buyers.
He is the recipient of CoStar Power Broker awards for leasing transactions, and the Leasing Transaction of the Year award from the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association (CREBA) of Greater DC. He has also received other industry awards, including Full Building User Transaction Deal of the Year.
