Eugene Green, Jr., is the founder, president and broker of Nationwide Real Estate Corporation, a property rehabilitation and management corporation that manages hundreds of units throughout the New Orleans area. The firm opened its doors in 1986 and specializes in converting and rehabilitating distressed property.
In addition to a number of services, Nationwide offers supervised repairs and maintenance of client properties. The firm has enjoyed excellent relationships with licensed professionals, including plumbers, electricians and HVAC systems professionals. In addition, the firm works closely with skilled carpenters, bricklayers, flooring installation firms, and general laborers. He is especially proud of the fact that he is able to provide this service to his clients through contracts he has established with several local minority-owned businesses and service providers.
