After my military career; I decided to obtain my real estate license since I always had an interest in learning more about the business. In 2003 I obtained my real estate license and began practicing real estate. I was mentored by Joe Sullivan who was the owner of Mobile Home Living. Joe took me in and showed me the ropes. I learned how to show homes, present offers in person, build a rapport with clients and number 1; be honest.
I quickly became a top producer in listing and selling mobile homes in the Carson/Rancho Dominguez area. I built a valuable relationship with a local lender name Pacific Coast Financial and together we built valuable relationships with clients that attracted a large referral of new clients. Because of my client's satisfaction with my service; I quickly received a large amount of referrals representing buyers and sellers of mobile homes, condos and single family residences.
Currently with over 20 yrs of experience in the real estate industry, I'm dedicated to guiding clients through every step of their property journey. Specializing in both residential and commercial properties, he combines expert negotiation skills with a deep understanding of the local market.
