As a real estate professional, her expertise includes marketing, negotiation, and sales. She will work with you to find your ideal property or ensure that your property is sold for the highest price possible in the least amount of time. As part of a full-service boutique style real estate brokerage with offices in three strategically great locations, she has access to the tools and services to ensure a successful transaction. Let her tell you a little bit about her background: She was born and raised in Switzerland, a neutral country best known for its famous mountains, such as the Matterhorn, for its precision watches and for the wonderful chocolate.
She grew up in Zurich where she majored in accounting and economy. In 1999 she moved to Florida together with her partner Andre whose expertise is residential custom design and coastal construction. Once in the United States, she received her Realtor’s license in 2001. Since then, she has worked on the Cape Haze Peninsula. She loves being a Realtor because it means dealing with people. She is fluent in German and English and speaks some Spanish, Italian and French. Being able to communicate in several languages allows her to sell to buyers from Overseas.
Together with a group of professionals, she travels to Europe twice a year to talk as a key-note speaker about our fantastic Real Estate opportunities to interested investors at special Florida Sun Seminars. During these road shows she introduces prospective buyers to our fantastic area. Buyers from Overseas enjoy the opportunity to make their investments and decisions in their first language. Her second business Sunny Dreams Factory LLC provides first class property management and vacation rental services. Sometimes our vacationers do not want to leave our area and they let her help them find a new nest in sunny Southwest Florida. Andre and she share their home with two large dogs and a cat. They love spending time with their family and grandkids, making long walks on the beach and boating on our serene waters. Both became proud US Citizens in 2009.
