Errol Dominguez joined EAH Housing in 2012 after returning from living abroad in Switzerland. Prior to his time in Europe he held the position of Manager of Special Operations for Preservation of Affordable Housing, Inc., a non-profit real estate developer of affordable housing in Boston, MA.
As a licensed attorney, his first years there supported the legal aspects of acquisition, financing, construction and management of complex affordable housing developments as Assistant General Counsel. He was subsequently promoted to Manager of Special Operations, where he oversaw the development of several mult-million dollar tax credit projects (both 4% and 9%), and an apartment tower acquisition/renovation in Michigan.
Mr. Dominguez holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cornell Law School, a Master of Philosophy degree from Miami University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Humboldt State University. He is a current member-in-good-standing of the Massachusetts and New Mexico Bar.
