Ernie has been in the Commercial Real Estate business for over thirty years in the Annapolis/Baltimore/Washington triangle. Her specialties include: leasing of retail, office and industrial properties representing both Landlords/Sellers and Buyers/Tenants; land development; sale of user as well as investor properties; and innovative strategies for the disposition of properties that don't fall into the more "standard" catagories. This has required involvement in land acquisition and/or disposition, project site plan conceptualization through final lease-up or re-sale. Projects include corporate headquarters, build to suit opportunities and planned unit developments. A decade in the marina business on the Chesapeake Bay allows for expertise in consulting on the sale and use of maritime properties as well.
