Ernie Ochoa is the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) of the Keller Williams Property Team in Merced, California, where he specializes in the sale and lease of development, agricultural and ranch, and multifamily land in Merced County. He has been a CCIM designee since 2022.
Ernie Ochoa attained his real estate license in 1998 and served as Sales Manager at Century 21 M&M Associates from 2005-2008. Previously, Mr. Ochoa also worked as an Assistant Office Manager/Owner of London Properties from 2015 to 2019, where he oversaw brokerage needs in leasing and selling properties. Presently, Ernie Ochoa has many real estate associations that he manages, including State Director for the California Association of Realtors since 2010, President of Merced County Association of Realtors in 2011, Commercial Committee Chair for Merced County Association of Realtors in 2012, Regional Chairman for California Association of Realtor 2014, and Commercial Investment Chair for California Association of Realtor 2019.
