Ernie’s experience spans over 35 years in all aspects of real estate. As a licensed real estate broker, and member of ICSC, he leads the Commercial Development, Investment Brokerage, and Property Management Divisions. Ernie presently serves on the board of Shelburne Farms, Greater Burlington Industrial Corporation, Cynosure, Chaired the Governor’s Panel on Climate Change, Federal Reserve Bank New England Advisory board, East coast ICSC Government affairs, is the Honorary Consul of France to Vermont, and is engaged in multiple other community functions.
