She began her Real Estate career in 2006 working part-time as an assistant to my mother, Sharon Rooney. In 2014 she became a full-time partner. She is married to Scott Poling and in the past few years, their family has grown to 5. Family and community are very important to her life, and she made the choice to pursue real estate full time. Real estate allows her the flexibility to be with her family and the ability to connect with people in the community. She enjoys helping growing families find the home of their dreams and advocating for the community and its resources as she meets employees relocating to the area who will hopefully make Findlay/Hancock County their permanent home!
