Erin Kurucza, vice president of Asset Strategy, works collaboratively with leasing, property management, construction management and strategic repositioning specialists to develop innovative asset strategies for building owners focused on attracting and retaining forward-thinking tenants. Before joining Transwestern in 2017, Erin served as a designer at Hickok Cole Architects in Washington, D.C., where she specialized in managing and executing the real estate selection, design, and construction processes for corporate interior projects that aimed to synthesize business ideas with architecture. She also previously served as an architect at Lehman Smith McLeish.
