Erik Martinez brings over thirty years of combined experience in real estate, title insurance, business development and marketing to the rapidly growing La Playa Real Estate and Title. Erik’s experience and knowledge extends even further with a twenty year background of international purchasing, selling and investing.
While the real estate market crashed in the mid-2000’s signaling the end of many real estate focused businesses, Erik saw a window of opportunity. The window was small, but by devoting time, energy and personal resources, he persevered and found a number of solutions to the problem. Erik has clearly taken the lead in assisting distressed homeowners and investors.
