Erik Goldfarb graduated from the University of Maryland- College Park in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. His professional background includes experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent with Marcus and Millichap in Brooklyn, as well as work at CoStar Group as a Tenant Field Researcher. Erik is also a Co-Founder and Partner at Berry Lane Partners, where he and his brother invested in rehab projects, flips, and rentals throughout Northern New Jersey. He has a strong understanding of estimating rehab costs, construction management, and investment real estate to generate passive income. His hobbies include snowboarding, baseball, and traveling. Erik looks forward to meeting new clients and assisting them in finding new homes, investment properties, and rentals.
