Erik Carlson is a Director at KW Commercial Silicon Valley specializing in investment sales of multifamily, development, 1031 exchanges, and commercial properties. Erik has approximately 20 years of commercial real estate experience for which he has completed over $1B of real estate transactions throughout his career.
Prior to joining KW he was Vice President of the Commercial Brokerage Group at SVN | First Guardian Group. Erik specialized in investment and served as the National Council Chair of Student Housing Properties for SVN. While being a part of SVN, Erik has been part of the Elite Partners Circle of SVN and ranked within the top 15 SVN agents nationwide (’15, ’16, and ’17) and Presidents Circle (’18).
Before joining SVN | First Guardian Group, Erik worked for a SF Bay Area real estate management company responsible for property management of a small portfolio of assets and was involved in investment sales and leasing.
