Erik has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 9 years, focusing and specializing on representing commercial tenants and landlords with their real estate requirements throughout the Greater Toronto Area Suburban Market.
Erik has managed the leasing of more than 1.75 million sq ft of office space for private and institutional Landlord clients, in addition to over 350,000 sq ft of completed Tenant Representation assignments.
