Erik Anderson is Senior Managing Director in Newmark's San Diego office.
He has garnered recognition for his contributions in successfully closing transactions for some of Southern California's most substantial and dynamic private, middle market and institutional investors. He was honored as a recipient of the '40 Next Top Business Leaders Under Forty 2021' award by the San Diego Business Journal, an award given to the next generation of movers and shakers in San Diego.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Erik actively engages with the San Diego community. He has contributed his time and expertise by serving on the Developing Leaders board for NAIOP San Diego and affiliating with ULI. Additionally, he has been involved in various philanthropic ventures, supporting organizations such as the EOD Warrior Foundation, The San Diego Zoo Global and Padres Pedal the Cause.
