Eric joined HealthMed Realty in 2013 as a Senior Associate. He started his real estate career in Austin, Texas and has been representing clients in negotiating medical and office properties since 2005. Eric’s experience encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate including sales and leases, investment acquisitions, and office condominium development. His clients include physicians, dentists, as well as landlords and larger national corporations. Through an extensive portfolio of real estate transactions, Eric earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and is a certified LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional).
