Eric, Partner at Woodley Real Estate directs Woodley Real Estate’s commercial portfolio and oversees aspects of tenant representation, build to suit negotiations, real estate development, real estate investment, acquisitions and dispositions.
Eric specializes in negotiating competitive agreements that uniquely position his clients to achieve their greatest success. Creative problem solving and sharp negotiating are his strengths and have drawn many of Utah’s biggest companies to rely on him for their dynamic real estate needs. Passionate about the Utah Tech Community, Eric is an active investor in both direct investment as well as a current LP in several of the seed funds in the state. Eric is also a partner in a local home office that is real estate centric with assets across the country. Eric resides in Highland, UT with his wife and three children.
