Eric Termansen founded Western Retail Advisors in 2000 after an extensive career in corporate real estate. He has since completed transactions throughout the western United States valued at more than $2.5 billion for WRA clients, including Target, Harkins Theatres, and PetSmart. In addition, Eric has managed distribution center strategies, consulted on strategic acquisitions and completed over $180 million in sale leaseback transactions.
Eric‘s experience spans nearly two decades in retail brokerage services, corporate real estate and retail development.
