Bio
Eric Stanger is a huge part of his local community. He’s currently the president of Compass, a local non-profit that brought the Boys & Girls club to Fernley. Through Compass he also runs Fernley BMX, a volunteer-operated American Bicycle Association sanctioned track. He’s been the president of the Chamber of Commerce in Fernley, organized three hugely successful Make-A-Wish Foundation golf tournaments, and coached youth sports in Fernley since 2002, just to name a few ways Eric’s local pride shows.

He grew up surfing in San Diego, where he’d eventually graduate with his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of San Diego. In 2001, Eric moved to Fernley, and he’s been part of hundreds and hundred of real estate transactions since then. There’s nothing he loves more than hearing from clients about how much they love their new homes. For Eric, real estate is a necessity and a tremendous wealth-building vehicle. He stays educated and up-to-date with real estate market, which helps his clients because he’s knowledgeable in addition to being personally vested in the market—he owns rentals, commercial properties, and land in the area, himself.

A father of two boys, ages seven and ten, Eric is a devoted family man. He even works right alongside his wife, Jessica Stanger. His passion for his work, his family, and his community burns bright. Eric can help you find exactly the property you’re looking for. Let him show you why Fernley is the place to be—and buy.
