Principal Broker Eric Squires is an experienced Commercial, Land and Residential Broker, licensed in Oregon. Squires now offers property management, and has a proven track record with BLM Mining Claims. He has earned the C2EX and SFR designations. Eric has helped clients through challenging situations and provided leadership through complex transactions. He works throughout Oregon, and enjoys researching property histories to support and document transactions. Eric reviewed community land use applications in the Washington County CPO Program, and connected citizens with land use applications, decisions and appeals.
Education
Phi Theta Kappa honors graduate of Portland Community College. Eric has earned the SFR certification for Short Sales and Foreclosures. He is also endorsed by the National Association of Realtors for completing the C2EX (Committed to Excellence) cert.
